We are recruiting for an experience Production Supervisor for 2nd shift operations. This position reports to the Operations Manager and has the responsibility of overseeing safety operations during assigned shift.
Specifically, this position will:
- Ensure safety in production and maintenance operations
- Ensure production goals are met
- Ensure optimal equipment performance
- Ensure equipment and supplies are available for production and maintenance
- Supervise Technicians and Operators on assigned shift
- Inspect and ensure material meets quality standards
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Keep accurate records of time, approve timesheets, provide daily oversight, and performance evaluations
Candidates should have previous supervisory experience, 2+ years, in a heavy manufacturing setting, preferably investment casting or related industry, be familiar with various tooling and equipment used in manufacturing settings.
